it is common knowledge that i swim on a swim team. Yeah, i am slow as anythng but what ever my point is that my swim coach is a retired olympic swimmer she has a silver and bronze medal and has the WORLD RECORD for the 200 im... pretty cool right? look her up and see if you can find who she is. i know an olympic swimmer and she knows me and i see her 6 days a week!!!!

Motivation... it comes from happiness. Do I feel joy? Well... first, happiness will come, but before you get the chance to grasp it, it flies away... for good? It only depends.
